York House occupies an excellent position on Clifton Drive South. Within easy walking distance of beaches, gardens, Pleasure Island, cinema complex, casino, local shops and other amenities.

All twelve of our apartments are self contained with their own entrance. We offer a selection of one, two or three bedroomed apartments for up to six persons, all of which are very spacious. There are six ground floor apartments available.

There is a large car park within the grounds of York House.

The proprietors reside on the premises, this garantees personal supervision and peace of mind.

Apartments may be viewed at any time unless occupied by guests. York Jouse is renowned for its high standard of cleanliness , sorry no pets allowed.

Road Directions

M55 - at the end of M55 follow the signs for Lytham St Annes. Stay in left hand lane at large roundabout (statue in the middle) take 1st exit onto progress way A5230 follow signs for Blackpool Airport. Ignore signs for Lytham St Annes at traffic lights. Continue straight on dual carriage way. Pass industrial estate and Morrisons on your left pass airport on your left continue straight on until you get to the seafront. Turn left at traffic lights at the seafront onto A584 pass Pontins on left. Straight on Clifton Drive North, through 2 sets of lights straight on St Thomas's Church on your left. Next road on left is Victoria Road, 2nd Road is York Road, turn left onto York Road, enter car park on your left.

Public Transport Directions

Bus sevice to Lytham centre and Blackpool centre 10 metres away. St Annes on sea train station, 15 minutes walk.
